Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help adults who experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or ongoing relational difficulties.

DBT focuses on building practical skills that support emotional stability, clearer thinking, and more effective communication. Rather than simply reacting to emotions, clients learn how to pause, regulate, and respond in ways that reduce suffering and strengthen relationships.

At its core, DBT is about building a life worth living — with greater balance, self-understanding, and confidence in navigating difficult moments.

DBT Skills Training Group

DBT Skills Training Group is a skills-focused class — not traditional group therapy — where adults learn practical tools to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and cope more effectively during difficult moments.

Skills include:

  • Staying present (Mindfulness)
  • Managing emotions (Emotion Regulation)
  • Getting through crisis moments (Distress Tolerance)
  • Communicating effectively (Interpersonal Effectiveness)

 

DBT Skills Training Groups are offered in-person in Las Vegas, Nevada, and online throughout Nevada and California.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy helps process painful or overwhelming experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity in daily life. EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to shift — especially when insight alone hasn’t been enough.

This approach is structured, evidence-based, and carefully paced to support safety, stability, and your individual comfort.

Trauma Therapy
