Individual Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, research-supported approach designed to help people who experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, and ongoing relational difficulties. I provide Comprehensive DBT for adults, which may include individual therapy, skills training, phone coaching, and consultation support, depending on your needs.
DBT is not only about reducing distress — it’s about building a life that feels worth living, with greater emotional balance, self-understanding, and effectiveness in relationships.
DBT Skills Training Group
DBT Skills Training Group is a skills-focused class (not group therapy) where adults learn practical tools to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and cope more effectively during difficult moments.
Skills taught include:
- Stay present (Mindfulness)
- Manage emotions (Emotion Regulation)
- Get through crisis moments (Distress Tolerance)
- Communicate effectively (Interpersonal Effectiveness)
DBT Skills Training Groups are offered in-person in Las Vegas, NV and online across California, Nevada, and Oregon.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy helps process painful or overwhelming experiences, so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity in daily life. EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to shift – especially when insight alone hasn’t been enough.
This approach is structured, evidence-based, and carefully paced to support safety, stability, and your individual comfort.
